During 2014 I worked with Holly Sydney to create two projects for the World War I galleries at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.

The Gallipoli Touch Wall is a large-scale multitouch interactive installation that allows visitors to explore a 3D reconstruction of the Gallipoli peninsula using aerial photographs, taken as part of the campaign in 1915, that have been draped over recent-day terrain models. By navigating around the landscape, users can view information and photos related to various point of interest.

Life At Anzac is an interactive photo gallery. Photographs from Gallipoli, taken during World War I are displayed in a cascading stream that changes over time.

The Gallipoli Touch Wall and Life at Anzac were developed with openFrameworks.

Details of the the overall project and the team involved can be viewed here.
