Space Folding is an immersive light installation by artist Zina Kaye that visualises realtime flight data through an architectural structure containing an array of individually addressable LEDs.

In 2014 I developed a simulator/renderer application using Cinder for the project. This software translates flight data provided by a backend created by Mr. Snow of Holly into a series of editable animations that are rendered via communication software created by René Christen.

Space Folding was shown at Zayed University during ISEA 2014 in Dubai and has been announced as part of VIVID in Sydney in 2015.
